Sound

We have a problem with our TIVO box in the front room, the sound keeps dropping on every channel.  We have disconnected the box as suggested online but it must be the box that is the problem.  I have tried calling holding each day for over an hour just to be cut off at the end of the hour.  I have also tried the mobile texting facility but no link has been sent each time I have tried.  Please can an engineer be sent or a new box.  Obviously in lock down and with Christmas coming up the tv is one of our main forms of entertainment.  Please help
