Hi, this morning 6/7/21 woke up to sound only, no picture and box unresponsive to any command. Been working fine for several weeks up until this point. 150 says TV fault in the area but no one else locally seems to be experiencing the same problem. Anyone help?
Assuming your TiVo is connected to your TV using a single HDMI lead carrying your picture & sound - and that the correct input is selected on your TV - can you get any of the TiVo menus or TV guide on-screen?
Have you tried restarting your box? If necessary, try toggling the rocker switch on the back off/on.
