Someone else’s Netflix account

There is a pin locked Netflix account already signed into on my new box.

as it is pin locked I cannot log out

please advice

You've posted in the TiVo forum, but those boxes are no longer being replaced.

What is this "new box" that you have? https://www.virginmedia.com/care/tv-fault/which-tv-box
