Hi, I have an old Tivo box and for the last year it has been getting slower and slower. Sometimes we want to swap channels and have to wait about one min before it starts to change the channel. Netflix can take a few mins to load. Also the pictures often pixelate and we just get the outline of a person and rainbow colours fill their features. Bright green is the dominant colour. We know its not our TV as if we watch a dvd/film, this doesn't happen.
If you've got pixellated pictures, that's indicative of a service fault. Reboot your box once to eliminate issues, then call it in as a fault.

If you've had your package for a while, and also have Virgin broadband, it may be worth considering moving to a current package (in return for a new 12/18month contract) and swapping your box for a V6 as part of the deal.
