When we watch a movió On Demand the TiVo box keeps losing the connection and the movie stops. We then have to wait couple of mins before trying again until it crashes again. Happens at least three times a movie, seriously getting fed up with this.
I am sorry to hear your issue with Sky Cinema On Demand is ongoing.
Can I ask if you're experiencing issues with other On Demand content? Also can I ask which set top box you're having the issues on? TiVo or our V6 box? If it's the V6 box can you please confirm how it's connected to the internet? Is it a wired or wireless connection? Where possible I would always recommend having an ethernet cable connected between the hub and the V6 box.
