I am trying to get Sky Sports HD package back on (new subscription).
Won't let me do it online (oops something went wrong message) Can't do it on the automated phone line as it keeps wanting to give me sky cinema aswell which I don't want.
Can't get through on the phone.
Won't let me do it through my Tivo box (another error message).
Why do you make it so difficult Virgin Media? It should be so simple, particularly for a company in the business you're in.
Sort yourselves out please.
