Sky Sport channel 514 is not working - but the other sports channels are OK

I have a pixelated image on Sky sports channel 514 - the Cricket channel.  I have rebooted the box and it is still not working.  I can't get through on the phone to report it as the wait times are endless.  Any suggestions?

You need to call - or wait for a mod here to assist.  It is most likely a signal issue at your location.
