We have not been able to access the Red Button Service at all this football season - can you rectify this please

If you have one of the older 500Gb TiVOs 

Older TiVOOlder TiVO


it is unlikely to be fixed. These boxes are now being phased out & replaced with V6 boxes, which have no problems with the modified background app that drives the Sky Red Button.
