Signal issues for tivo

Hi since yesterday I have been having a problem  with my TiVo tv signal and it seems to be getting worse unfortunately my landline phone doesn't hold a charge and therefore can't phone 150, I have done to service check and it says no issues in my area, I'm disabled and my only company, in a major is my TV, I have done the reset box ect. Still nothing I have since noticed I'm not alone with the issue, I'm not happy paying £120 a month when technically I've not been able to watch the tv because its flipping annoying and have just resorted to turn it off

Thanks for bringing this matter to our attention

Sorry to hear this is happening to your TiVo® service 

What I can do from here to save you a lot of time and trouble is arrange an engineer to come out 

It may not be today for the visit, more than likely it will be tomorrow morning now

What I can also do if it has not been done already is flag your account as a priority account should you have any further issues or faults 

If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great

Sorry to hear the issue is happening again 

I have tried to get the engineer back out again 

Unfortunately this is not possible today 

From what I have read on the account 

It would need a new box swapping out 

I know you would be set to lose your recordings though 

Can you let me know what it is that you decide to do
