I’m having trouble with my set top box. It’s an ongoing issue since the box has been installed and it’s proving very difficult getting hold of somebody to discuss getting it resolved.
Is there a direct line I can contact?
You've not actually said what the issue is?
Virgin's C/S number is 150 (from a VM line) or 0345 4541111 (from any other phone), if that's what you're asking.

Sorry you’re right, I forgot to mention the issue.
The box is crashing and restarting. I’ve ran the service test but it doesn’t pick up the fault.

A rebooting box is a faulty box.
Call into faults to arrange a replacement or engineer visit.
