Hi, I have a router which has green light, TiVo stuck on loading all channels 16%, and no phone line. I have checked on internet off my phone and it says there are no issues at my address. Bizarre and annoying.

Have you checked the automated status line? It's often the most reliable check for localised off-service issues - 0800 560061
If nothing's listed, then best to assume your fault isn't known - and to report it.
0345 4541111 (landline call) from any working phone. Or wait on here - but you might be waiting a day or so.

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear all your services were affected on Tuesday evening.
Checking our systems today, there is no fault open for the area. I can see your Hub is showing as online as is your V6 box however this is showing a long term signal issue which means you may be having issues.
How are things looking over all today?
I would like to arrange for an engineer to come to take a look at the V6 box for you. I just need to confirm the address to ensure we are booking the visit on the correct account.
