I and my neighbour in north London have received messages from you informing us of works being done on MONDAY 19th SEPT & disruption of service & that the service will likely resume by 6pm!!! We are now left extremely stressed and alarmed that this is the coming bank holiday in order for the FUNERAL OF OUR MAJESTY THE QUEEN!!! and a momentous occasion we wish to watch on tv, the very last day we want an interruption to our service , we pay a huge amount to you for services and plead with you not to go ahead with this planned work on this very important day. Please please get back to me with assurances that my tv service will be fully operational on the coming Monday the 19th September . The stress this has caused us is enormous, I am appalled at this message and plan to disrupt our equipment on this date, your apologies are also are requested to all customers you have sent this to in north London and my area. It is lacking in any consideration for this very important time in history.
On the day of the funeral of the Queen!!! , a momentous day north Londoners do not expect any disruption so we can watch the service fully. Please please revise this plan and reassure us you will not go ahead with this work on this date.
Received yesterday causing great alarm to me and my neighbours that services are to be shut down on the coming bank hol for the funeral of our Queen, please please revise and reassure us that you will not go ahead with this plan of work on this particularly important date.
Thanks for your post and it's great having you on board with us in the Community.
We're sorry to hear you've received the text advising of work being done. No engineering street works will be carried out on Monday unless it is to fix an urgent fault or issue.
