  • My tivo is recording the big bang every day and it's driving me mad! When I go to my series link page its not there so I can't delete it. If I click on the series link in the channel guide it will only delete one episode at a time so the series link remains! What do I do to get rid of this?

Can you post a picture of one of the scheduled recordings that you've not yet deleted? It may be helpful to see the icon that's being shown.

Otherwise... goto "info" from one of the scheduled recordings in the EPG, choose "series link and other options" > then choose "Series Link Options"

This is in my planned recordings

Tried to add a photo but it hasn't attached. The big bang is not in my list of series links but is in my planned recordings. When I view it in the channel guide it has the 3 rings like it has a series link but when I click on it to try to modify series link, the option is not there. It says create series link instead! 😞

What happens if you goto "info" from one of the scheduled recordings in the EPG, choose "series link and other options" > then choose "Series Link Options"?

You can attach a picture using the camera icon in a reply window. All images are manually approved before being publicly visible.

Thanks for your reply 🙂 I don't have a camera option there, maybe its blocked? If I go there I can modify recording which just stops the one I'm clicked on. The series link under modify recording says create series link, like there isn't one already set up. If series link is set up I should be able to cancel it from there but it isn't available on the big bang.

Are you posting from a mobile? Or desktop/laptop?

Try creating a "new" SL, and see if that lets you delete it afterwards.

Posting from my mobile. Tried that,  it's even worse now! I only had the sl on 2 episodes per day, now I have it on 4!!! 🙂

Good news! Switched the box off for 10 minutes and the series link has gone 🙂 if all else fails, turn it off and on again!
