Secondary Account

My Virgin account is showing as a Secondary account and so I can't access any of my information re bills etc.  As I'm the person who set up the account and living in my house, how has this happened?  Virgin changed my email account from .net to a while ago and so it may have something to do with this.  How can i get this rectified?

Welcome to our Community and thanks so much for your first post to our forums; I was sorry to understand you were having some issues with your online account. 


This was something we raised on our Community earlier this week; we have since been advised that this was resolved on 29th July


Can you please test again for us and let us know if you are still having the same issue? If so, we can treat it as an indivdiual case and take a closer look for you.
