I have a new TiVo box and I'm trying to view programmes I've missed. It won't let me search anything, use catch up or on demand. Not sure if it's because it's a new box or there's something wrong with it. Any suggestions? Many thanks.

Yes it is. It's recording programmes and we can watch live tv, it just won't let me use the other services.
