I have just had my box replaced and the cables checked but my screen is still going blank for a few seconds.
Has anyone got any ideas?

Is it the whole picture going blank, or just the programme?
In other words, does the user interface and menu system still work?
You've posted in the TiVo forum, but TiVo's are now being replaced with V6 - is that what's happened for you?

Thanks for posting on our community forum and a big warm welcome with this being your first post, sorry to hear about the issue with your TV.
How has your service been over the weekend? Can you double check all of the cables in the back of the box and the HDMI to the TV to see if this fixes the issue please?
