I cannot watch on demand, keeps saying, unavailable right now.

 

Rest box, turned it off and on.

 

No change

Do you have a TiVo or a V6? If you're not sure, check here - if a V6, how is it connected to your homehub?

Are you getting any error messages that will help on error code help ?

Are you watching on a 4K UHD TV?

its a v6 box, just the messahe saying unavailable no codes.
