Our box is connected using a cable to our virgin media, we also tried via a Ethernet cable to the hub but we still get stuck on 33% and get S102, have rebooted and switched off several times but no luck
As per https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/s102 this can sometimes be an equipment activation error.
If your connections are present & correct, you'll need to call VM to resolve this I'm afraid.
