S102 on second box

Hi,

Just had everything installed today. First box is fine. Internet is fine (1Gbps). First box is wired to router. Second box is wireless but now changed to power adapter via ethernet.

I'm getting the S102 error now on this second box. Tried everything but no luck. Gets stuck on 33%. Have spent hours on the phone but got nowhere.

Any advice?

It's doing that because the box hasn't been activated yet. You need to call 0800 953 9500 and follow the options to get Virgin to send the activation signal to the box.
