Rolling TV add on channels

I’ve added BT sport to my TV package on a rolling 30 day contract. I only want it for 1 30 day period but I can’t see how to cancel it.

Anyone familiar with this that can help?

Thanks.

Hi @Mike_67

You need to call up and speak to CS and ask them to apply hte 30 day BT Sports cancellation.

If I were you I would do it now as it's 30 days from the day you phone.

Thanks.

It’s now appeared in my package and looks like I can uncheck the BT Sports option (as it’s an add-on I assume).

Didn’t know about about the 30day cancellation period. I thought it meant that it renewed every 30 day period for another 30 days. I’ll cancel it pretty soon then.

Just tried and was very naive in assuming the check box could be unchecked.

Why make it easy to cancel when you can make it 10x longer and arduous🤔

Thanks for your help.
