How do I return my old equipment? I have 3 TiVo boxes and a Super Hub I am no longer using, 1 TiVo box is from a few years ago, it has been left after I had to reduce my package. 1 Tivo box was faulty and was replaced with a V6 box. 1 Tivo box was replaced recently when upgrading to 360. and lastly a Super Hub after upgrading?
I did try phoning for help but was unhelpfully told I could keep the equipment despite there being a return label, just a reminder I am housebound and am unable to get out to return the items and the box isn't large enough to return all the equipment, I can't even take it to a local recycling centre.
