I left virgin media over a month ago and am receiving texts saying that I have not returned the equipment but I have. I do not want to incur a charge

When did you send the equipment back to us please and do you still have your tracking reference?
It can take upto 14 days for us to receive it, scan in, assign to the right account and remove equipment also so if it was recently, it's more than likely in the processing stage.
