Had a couple of emails one to click for a date to collect old TiVo box and router.
Called to tell them I won’t be at home and will leave them in the porch tomorrow and told by Virgin the emails are scam.
anyone else had the same and are they a scan or not!
Don’t want to be charged for old equipment and not sure why the emails would be a scam as who else but Virgin would know I had the old equipment anyway!
Not sure the person I spoke to understood what I was taking about!
Any advice would be appreciated

You posted in the TIVO forum, so I'm assuming you have one of the older TIVO boxes and not a V6 box. As to hubs, VM only want the hubs3,4 and 5 returning. VM don't want the older TIVO boxes returning.

If your equipment type isn't listed on that page then you can assume it doesn't need returning.
You can also order returns packaging from that page if needed

Thanks I think I do have the newer versions that need returning.
I will ask for the packaging to be sent out and thanks for the links as that is just what I needed
