Hello, So I have left Virgin Media in September, and as naturally I have to send the equipment back which I did. I have returned to a collect+ shop near me, I have received the print out. Now the issue is that I have lost this print out which should hold the tracking number to yodel, I have tried to ask them if they might have it but they told me they do not have it. I have received 3-4 reminder to return the equipment and today I have received the FINAL WARNING to return it. I Have spoken to person at virgin and explained this which she noted on my account, Anything I can do as collect+ store can't give me any tracking number of the return.
