Hi I had my tivo box replaced and was trying to restore my series links from the cloud on to the new box from http://manage-virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/tivo/boxswap/copy/
Everything goes fine, but nothing has actually been restored and have tried it multiple times.
Can someone from Virgin Media look into this as I believe the settings from the old box are only stored for about 7 days before they are deleted
The service should work for 14days after a box-swap, but there is currently an issue with the facility.

Thanks, but that thread you referred me to was from 9 years ago. I'm sure the system has been fixed since then.
