Hi there we are in the process of moving and we have discovered that our very old TiVo box has broken I would like to known the easiest or quickest way to request a new one please and thank you
TiVO boxes are no longer provided. If they fail they are now replaced with the V6 box. As these have no internal modem, they are reliant on your Virgin hub (direct wired or WiFi connected) in addition to the coaxial connection.
