The remote control for my Virgin Media Tivo box has stopped working, I ordered a replacement remote a week ago (Tuesday 1st November) at this link:
I'm really disappointed to have not received the replacement remote yet. Can you let me know if it has been sent please?
I would be most grateful to receive a replacement remote as soon as possible please because I am elderly and having to bend down at the moment to change channels.

Whilst you are waiting for a Staff VM Forum member to answer your post,and for you to receive the replacement remote, you should download the TV Control app on your mobile phone. You can use it as a temporary remote.
