So I’ve just had an accident. Tripped over my grandsons toy with a cup of coffee in my hand!! All up the wall and you guessed it in my TiVo box!!! Box switched off immediately. Help what do I do? There’s an orange light on it

Ouch.... Well as long as you're ok, TiVo's can be replaced!
You need to call Virgin TV faults to report the problem - 150 from a Virgin phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone, and follow the options for "I have a fault".
Speak to an agent and they should be able to arrange a replacement for you.

Servicing and repairs for all faults are free.
Where there's "No fault", there's normally a £99 charge. As to whether this would be imposed, would be up to the faults agent to advise...
