Received replacement TIVO box but now saying a problem with HDMi cable. HDMi cable is new too. Unable to use my new TV
we have plugged in our replacement TiVo box but it hasn’t been activated. We have tried the number and it can’t send a signal and call centre is shut? Any help?
I managed to get through to Virgin on 150 this morning and didn't have to wait long. My problem was resolved. Try & phone, there are people there but you may have to be patient.
