Remote

Came on here on Sunday saying some buttons on Tivo remote aren't working and wanted to get a new one. Following the advice on here I used the Virgin media messaging service. I went through all the security questions and eventually got a message saying that it was transferring me through to someone that can help and I would hear within 24 hours. Great, I thought, however that was 3 days ago and not heard anything.
