My remote packed up 3 days ago. Tried batteries and all the usual resetting etc. I've been trying to order a new 1 for 3 days. "Something went wrong with your order, please start your order again" is displayed every time. Tried to phone, get sent a link for online help that sends me to the place I've just been for 3 days!!! On hold now twice for over an hour! Is there any email or live chat? To speak to someone? I don't see how covid-19 should have any effect on service via phone. Surely they are still able to answer phone calls. Any help is much appreciated.
