Remote faulty

I am getting totally fed up with your 150 service...damn poor description as it is not a service at all as no one answers.....your web site is just as bad as I keep going round in circles and getting nowhere...no web chat ..just total s...t in my opinion....all I want to do is order a new remote as some of the buttons are faulty but it seems your damn company does everything in its power to **bleep** its customers off....WHERE can I go to order a new remote that does not take half a day of my time.....it’s not rocket science it’s just customer service which your company seems not to give a fig about....do you understand about customers who pay your wages need service when they have issues....So I repeat I need a new remote control and I need a positive answer about where I can obtain one that does not involve wasting more of my time.
