Hi I have the same issue flashing red and solid blue.
Please can you advise
My TV says no signal and the lights under the recording are flashing red and then a blue one comes on. The lights under the standby button change from green to red.
turned off and on and no help
Same issue, ‘starting up’ for hours with no progress and blue light constant with a red flashing
My box is the same, flashing through the red lights and blue light and not booting up or connecting to TV at all
I have same issue - blue light & flashing red light. Tv message says - unsupported signal. Check your device output.
Have tried all connections and switched it off for a while & back in with no luck.

Yes - engineer came out today & replaced TiVo box with V6 box, so all back working now.
Can you please tell me what the solution Is to this problem
Hi, I've also encountered this problem today and no amount of rebooting etc fixes the problem. My broadband and phone work fine, as does my other box.
I tried to book an engineer to come out but it won't let me do this now as I've ran online diagnostic tests 6 times.
Can someone please either help, or advise if an engineer can be sent out to fix this?
