I've not received anything
My TiVo box has a solid blue light and a red light flashing next to it
the box says on television starting up but nothing happens it’s been like that all day yesterday 🙁 how can I solve this? Please help!
This has been ongoing since 6.30am today for me. Get home from work at 7pm and still just at stage 1, gets s o far along the bar then back to the start.
Been on hold on for 45 mins and getting nowhere......

You'll have to call Virgin up. Mines was stuck for 2 days and they sent a new box out
