Welcome to our forums and thank you for reaching out with your concerns. I'm sorry that you've been having trouble with your TV box, have you been able to resolve this since your post?

 

If not, could you confirm whether you've tried rebooting your equipment?

 

Does the box turn on at all, or is it unresponsive? If it starts to load, does it freeze in a particular place?

Hi Rachael,

The box is still not working. I have rebooted multiple times and even completely unplugged the box. It begins to power on with the ‘Starting up’ message but nothing happens and the message just stays on screen.

Thank you for letting me know, it sounds like you may have a faulty box but there could be a couple of other possibilities.

 

I'd like to get an engineer out to take a look at this for you, and potentially replace your equipment if needed. I'll send you a private message now to clear security, please head to the purple envelope in the top right corner to respond.

This is now happening to me, I unplugged everything to change my TV stand and now it's not working please help me to fix this problem

Sorry to hear you're having some issues with your TV.
