The box is still not working. I have rebooted multiple times and even completely unplugged the box. It begins to power on with the ‘Starting up’ message but nothing happens and the message just stays on screen.
Thank you for letting me know, it sounds like you may have a faulty box but there could be a couple of other possibilities.
