Hi @anoyed,

 

If you are also facing the issue where your set top box is failing to start up, we would either need to send out a replacement box or arrange for an engineer to visit. Let me know if you still need help with this and I'll be happy to arrange either option for you 🙂

I'm sorry that you're both also experiencing this issue with your set top boxes.

 

Please let me know if you have been able to get help with this since posting - if not, I'll gladly arrange for a replacement box to be sent or an engineer visit for you so this can be fixed ASAP.

I am now experiencing this same issue, have tried restarting several times and still the same "starting up" for hours. Is anyone able to help?
