Red flashing light and solid blue light on TiVo box

Hi Virgin,

 I have the same issue with the box stuck in update mode and unable to view tv. Do I need to book an engineer or is there a quick fix?

Hi Angelo,

the TiVo box is now back in the original location, but not able to connect to the network. It is saying the network cable is unplugged. I have to leave for work soon, I can follow up on any other suggestions you can suggest tomorrow afternoon.
