My TIVO box has a fault where it flashes red and white, makes a buzzing noise and does not get past the welcome page. I have tried all the diagnostic procedures given by the virtual assistant and also the suggestion from jbrennand. Unfortunately none of them have worked. I also sent a text message to 07533051809 with my account number, area code and the box serial number but was sent straight back to virtual assistant who wanted me to repeat all the information that I had already give. Could someone please help me?
You can call 150 from a Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, options 1,1 and 2 (Faults) butbest to call at 8am to avoid call queues
When calling Faults you will go through a series of questions/tests, (again, but VM need to ensure you've chceked everything before they will take it further) if that doesn't resolve the problem then call back around 10 minutes later and an agent should pick the phone up.
Or you could try the text messaging service again . Just send a text with a description of TV Faults to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible.It may take a few days.
