Red Flashing Light and Blue solid light

Hi 

My tivo box isn't working it is displaying a red flashing light with a solid blue light. I have tried rebooting etc and when turn on the TV its froze on the start up page and still have the same issue with lights on the box. Please can you help?

We can help by advising that your box certainly doesn't sound well, and probably has a fault.

You're best off calling VM to report this - 150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from another phone. Choose the options for "I have a fault with my TV service"

Welcome to the Community Help Forums 🙂 thank you for your post regarding flashing lights on your TiVo box. Sorry to hear you have been experiencing these TiVo issues. How did you get on with your call to our TV Faults department? Have the issues cleared up for you now?
