Hi on november 7th i asked for my services to be downgraded to internet only and there was a contract showing which i didnt ask for and recently the contract date has changed to 7th december and i cannot get through to you.I also cancelled sky sports which has been done please help thanks jeff
Changing services means a new contract is started.
The new contract starts when the new services start. So if you changed last month and the services only change on 7th December its right. If they changed immediately, the new contract should run from November 7th.
