When I reboot the Virgin Media box will I lose recorded programmes and series links?

By doing a standard "reset TiVo box" from the menu, no.

The only resets that lose any data are clearly marked as such onscreen.

Hi @pbmcd

Welcome to the community.

Thank you for getting in touch. Only doing a full reset as japitts has advised will clear any data or recordings on our set top boxes. If you do this a warning will pop up on screen to advise that recordings will be lost.

Just rebooting, like switching it off and on again, you will not lose any information or recordings. Please let us know if you are having any further issues or have any questions at all. We'll be here to help on the community forums if needed :).
