I can’t get my box to work only have 5 channels
This is usuallty an activation issue, and can sometimes occur with either replacement or additional TV boxes.
If the online steps at https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/7400 don't resolve this, you'll need to call the activations line - 0800 9539500
I'd recommend having your box details handy for cross-checking.
