Re connection issue

Hello!!

We had our services turned off last night as we missed a payment.

I paid at 6:30 this morning, it’s now 11:02 and our services are not back. Our internet is also just flashing green. My husband phoned up and an engineer is now coming on Monday to sort the issue. 

Will our tv services not come back if there is a problem with the WiFi? 

The prospect of a weekend in lockdown with 3 children and no tv or internet is a scary one!!

Hi if its a V6 box it needs the internet for some vital functions, but you may be able to receive live TV if virgin restore a signal to your box. Regards Micky

Hi!

thanks for the reply. Yes it is a v6 box. We phoned and they said they had restored the signal. But it’s coming up to 7 hours now.
