I have the same problem plus 143 other users in my vicinity … unable to contact VM by phone or Internet … very frustrating

Good Evening Jude … I’m in area 26 … my experience in trying to resolve is as you describe … this appears to be nationwide … where are you VM?

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to see you and others in the area were facing issues, I have had a look our end and can see there is Maintenance work being carried out in your area which may be due to the issues you have been experiencing, this is due to be finished by 17:30 Today. ^PDe
