YouTube stopped working for me yesterday, reset router, turned off box, done diagnostic but still just the loading symbol on screen..

Can you confirm if this is an issue over a wired or wireless connection? Are you using the app via the set top box? Do you get the same issue on other devices like a mobile, desktop or tablet?

Just to help with this... which box are you using, is it a TiVo or a V6? Check here if you're not sure.
Do other streaming services work on your same box, this is a good way of testing the internet connection. OnDemand, iPlayer, Netflix etc - these all use the same 'net connection.
