may I ask if you are still working with Virgin? We are having same issues with not being able to contact virgin
This is Virgin Media's official community forum, and VM staff do respond to threads after a particular amount of time.
The majority of other posters on here, myself included, are just customers like yourself, posting in our spare time to help others.
The current delay for VM staff to respond to most TV-related posts is approximately a week - so I'd recommend calling or perhaps using the text message service if you need account-specific help sooner.
