Please, what was the solution on how to delete a programme with an R and padlock that won't delete? Thanks.

Unfortunately, as you'll have seen from the thread you'd added to - the user just put "it's fixed" without explaining what they did, which really doesn't help others in the future.

With that in mind, I've created a new thread for you - explain what the issue is, with photos of any errors, and other forum users will try to help.
