I'm having the same issue - though it's not on every recording. I've noticed in particular when recording from BT Sport
Based on it just being BT Sport, could mean there is an issue with that channel in particular, however I would advise you check all connections are tight on the back of TiVo box and also at the wall and any connections in between
Unfortunately, by adding to an existing post with "me too" rather than explaining what your issues are, it's a bit hard to help further.
