I have a green screen with the message that the DVR has detected a serious problem. This has been going on for six days now. Looking at other messages in the forum I think it is clear that I need a replacement box.
I have tried all the suggested things such as unplugging all the cables, powering down etc. etc. and the problem still persists.
Contacting Virgin Media is proving impossible by phone and online.
