Anyone still having this issue?? Our EPG and therefore TIVO recording function doesn't have any information and the connection wizard doesn't complete.

I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with this. Taking a look at your box stats, I can see the are a few issues and your input levels are looking out.
I would like to arrange for an engineer to come to take a look at this for you. I just need to confirm the address to ensure we are booking the visit on the correct account.
